VSP plans through MDA Insurance. VSP is the largest non-profit vision insurer
in the country. Three plans are available: exam-only, basic, or premium. Basic
and premium plans include eye exams. The major difference between basic
and premium plans is a higher allowance on frames, which are available
annually with the premium plan. Improved benefits for progressive
