MDA offers members two VSP insurance options:
• Basic plan provides an eye exam and lenses annually and new frames every two years.  The plan pays up to $140 for frames. There is a $5 co-pay for a vision exam.
• Premier plan provides all services of the basic plan but allows for new frames annually with a $200 limit, including progressive lenses for a $20 co-payment. There is a $5 co-pay for a vision exam.
