The MDA has responded  to MDA members’ requests  for an endorsed company  to provide tax and accounting services by endorsing Dental Business Specialists (part of The DBS companies) for  those services.
Last year, DBS Managing Partner Ted Schumann II welcomed new partners  John Looby, CPA, and Mike Looby of Webster, Looby Baumgarten to the executive leadership team of DBS’s Accounting and Tax Division. The addition of the Looby brothers seeks to fill the void created  by the 2019 death of DBS founder Ted Schumann Sr., CPA. The Loobys have extensive experience in dental and medical accounting, as their family-owned firm served those markets for over 20 years. John and Mike oversee the tax and accounting division of The DBS Companies. They also serve as consultants to help dentists identify opportunities for growth and increased productivity.
