CareCredit helps patients get care they need

According to an ADA study, 64.2 percent of dentists said “treatments being declined due to patients not being able to pay their portion of the treatment costs is a serious or extremely serious problem.” 1  Patients may decline treatment because they prioritize other purchases above dentistry. Some have a gap between their benefits and the cost of care. And others may be unprepared for an out-of-pocket investment.
One solution is to let patients know you accept the CareCredit healthcare credit card before they leave the practice without committing to care.
1.  Include all payment options, including CareCredit, on your written financial policy.
2.   Place patient information on CareCredit in your reception area.
3. Mention CareCredit as a payment solution along with all other options.
