The MDA Health Plan is designed by dentists, for dentists, and is available exclusively to MDA members, their families and staff.

Choose from 11 plan options, including PPO and HSA choices, with up to three plans available. Every plan includes fertility benefits, gym memberships and TruHearing benefits, with Family Focus and Living Fit options available. Flexible choices make it easier to find coverage that fits your budget.

To participate, at least two people in your practice must be eligible, and one may be the dentist. Eligible employees must work at least 24 hours per week, based on a uniform standard you set between 24 and 40 hours. You must offer enrollment to eligible employees, but are not required to contribute toward the cost. Contributions, if any, must be uniform.

Generally, 75% of eligible employees must participate or provide acceptable waivers.
