At the recent, bi-annual Professional Protector Plan (PPP) conference in Napa, California, award recipients were recognized for 2015 and 2016. It’s a pleasure to announce that MDA Insurance was honored as the National State Administrator of the Year for 2015. This coveted award recognizes the single agency that consistently demonstrates the finest customer service, growth, retention, underwriting, marketing and program management. MDA Insurance is one of 57 state administrators across the country that are appointed agents of the Professional Protector Plan. This marks the fourth time since 2000 that MDA Insurance has won the National State Administrator of the Year award.  Congratulations to the commercial lines team of Jeff Spindler, Tina Croley, Misty Haigh, Jill Faught, Jen Goss and Deb Fernandez!
