In early July, eligibility verifications for 2021 were mailed to participating MDA Health Plan practices. We use this information to confirm eligibility, non-discrimination compliance and to prepare your rate and plan renewal package for 2021. It is important that you complete and return this information to us no later than Aug. 31. Early submitters receive their information sooner and have more time to evaluate choices.

Due to COVID-19, this year’s MDA Insurance health care seminars will be virtual. Choose between a three-hour/3 live CE deep-dive seminar format or a one-hour/1 live CE quick overview of key information. The seminars will be LIVE virtual Zoom meetings.
