W-2 Reporting Requirement Waived Until 2013

Dentists and other small employers will not be required to report health care premiums on employees’ W-2 statements for the 2011 tax year, the IRS announced. 1099 Repeal Now Official

Congress has passed and the President has signed legislation that repeals the expanded 1099 information reporting requirements in the health care reform law. Supreme Court Ruling May Affect Auto Rates
