Sponsors of the MDA Health Plan should have returned their eligibility verification materials to MDA Insurance by Aug. 5. If you sponsor the plan in your practice and have yet to return the materials you received in July, please complete the forms and submit them immediately. Late submissions will result in delays in preparing your open enrollment information for the fall and will give you less time to choose which plans to offer next year and complete the open enrollment process.
