frustrating and maddening. With some
companies, you can be on hold for a
long time before reaching a representative
who may be able to help you. MDA
Insurance makes it easy to contact a health
insurance agent who can help you with
your concerns. For nearly two years, we
have had a chat feature on the health
insurance pages of our website. It’s staffed
throughout business hours: Monday
through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
After hours, leave your name and contact
info in the chat so we can follow up the
next business day.

and click on MDA Insurance Programs/
Health Insurance, look to the bottom right
of your screen. You’ll see “We are here!”
Just click on those words, or the little blue
box below them, and type your question
in the panel at the bottom of the window.
An on-duty MDA Insurance health agent
will respond promptly. This great feature
is available on all our health insurance
pages.
Our agents can handle a lot of your
questions on the spot. If it is something
more complicated, they’ll gather the
needed information, contact the right
companies and follow up with you.
