The U.S. Supreme Court upheld the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act on June 28, 2012. MDA Insurance will continue to work with our carrier, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, to implement the legislation as it now stands. You can be assured you will continue to receive your current level of coverage with no changes related to the Supreme Court decision.  MDA Insurance will follow developments related to the health care reform law and do what is in the best interest of our members and the MDA health insurance plan in the days and years ahead.
