As the year winds down, many practices get busy with patients who have dental benefits available or a Health Savings Account they want to exhaust. Proactively reach out to patients with unused dental benefits or incomplete dentistry and get them on the schedule to avoid the end-of-year rush.  
Consider sending letters or email to patients to connect and encourage them
to schedule their appointment now. Do a social media post to remind them to use or lose their benefits.
