MDA Insurance provides the option of on-site visits to discuss the issues that apply to your particular situation. To set an appointment at your convenience, please call (800) 860-2272 and ask for an appointment.

Vision insurance is now available through the largest non-profit vision insurer in the country. Most members live within 10 miles of a VSP-participating doctor and can take advantage of coverage that may include exams, discounted lenses and frames, or contact lenses.
